      This self-tapping insert with reduced TRISERT-3® head is made of steel, stainless steel 303 or stainless steel 316, titanium (Ti5). It can be used in plastics or soft metals. TRISERT-3® inserts enable high-strength assembly in lightweight materials such as plastics, thermoplastics, thermosets, composites and metal alloys. Thanks to their countersunk head, TRISERT-3® inserts can be installed in thin parts and offer high strength. This self-tapping insert requires no special tools, and does not deform when the support part deforms. Insert for self-tapping into a machined or molded hole.
