    Creation of STOCKINOX by Charles Fodor. European leader in distributing stainless steel fastenings. Stockinox quickly came to employ hundreds of people in six regional depots. Over the years, Stockinox opened subsidiaries in England and Spain.

    Creation of AERO-TECHNIC.  In answer to the expanding aeronautic market in Europe, Charles Fodor created AERO-TECHNIC, which became the exclusive distributor of aeronautical fastenings for renowned brands such as HUCK MANUFACTURING COMPANY, TRIDAIR, VALLEY TODECO, FAIRCHILD, MICRODOT, YOUNG ENGINEERS.

    Creation of TITANOX. To better meet his customers’ needs, Charles Fodor created TITANOX to produce HUCK fastenings, under licence, and aeronautical screws in stainless steel and titanium.

    Sale of STOCKINOX. STOCKINOX, which had become the European leader in the distribution of stainless steel screws and nuts, was sold to the British FH TOMKINS. To ensure better consistency in the Group’s activities, Charles Fodor transferred licensed manufacturing to AERO-TECHNIC and refocussed TITANOX on the Group’s original business line, the distribution of technical fastenings and assembly processes.

    TITANOX increased its scope TITANOX increased its range of products and services by bringing crimping technology to the French market, in an exclusive partnership with the American company PENN ENGINEERING.

    Caroline Fodor took over the management of the Group. As a partner in a law firm, Caroline Fodor decides to join the Group created by her father to ensure its durability and development.

    Acquisition of Elite Assemblage. By acquiring the specialist in blind rivets, TITANOX increased its fastenings offer and gave itself the means to diversify its activity to a new type of clientele and territory.

    International opening Creation of the Group’s first foreign subsidiary, TITANOX ASIA. This subsidiary was intended to develop the Asian market and assist TITANOX’s customers with subsidiaries in Asia.

    Opening of TITANOX Asia (HK) and Wuxi Tie Tai Nuo (China), manufacturing and launch of RIVELIT, the Group’s own brand. RIVELIT is the fruit of a partnership between western expertise and Asian competitiveness. RIVELIT offers a full range of blind rivets, speed rivets, pins and collars, blind rivet nuts and the tools to fit them.

    TITANOX India TITANOX continued its international development by creating a sales office in India.

    Opening of TITANOX Turkey TITANOX implanted itself in the Turkish market by buying its distributor based in Bursa. Since its acquisition, this company, which has a solid presence in the industrial and automotive markets, distributes the RIVELIT brand and the main brands and ranges of products of the TITANOX Group.
