Crimp fixing

Titanox crimping fasteners can be used to thread and/or tap thin sheet metal (from 0.5 mm) in steel, aluminum or stainless steel. The fastener is not deformed during installation. This makes it reliable and resistant to tearing, mechanical stress and vibration. Crimp fasteners are installed using a press. The crimping technique is easy to use and requires no special skills. It is also possible to use press brakes already installed in a workshop. Standard inserts are available from M2 to M12 in steel, aluminum and stainless steel, with the possibility of making custom inserts.
