      The SCREWRIV® threaded repeating rivet combines the high speed of repeating rivet technology with the dismantling system of a screw. The rivet can be easily disassembled using a hexagonal Allen key and then reused. Assembly time is reduced compared to other assembly processes.

      Screwriv ® is a repeating rivet that can be dismantled using a hexagonal key. It is designed for installation in soft materials such as aluminium, plastic, composite materials (PCB) and electronic components.

      The thread on the rivet also increases electrical continuity.

      Increased cadence

      Screwriv ® combines the high rate of repeating rivet technology with a screw mounting system. Rivets loaded onto a needle arrive automatically at the nosepiece at an average rate of 70 rivets per minute. This is three times faster than conventional screws. The rivet can be easily dismantled using a hexagonal Allen key and then reused. Assembly time is reduced compared with other assembly processes.

      A safe installation system

      After installation, no residual mandrel remains in the fastener. This avoids any risk of damage due to corrosion, vibration or short-circuiting.

      Improved assembly quality

      The automatic feed of the Screwriv ® rivet ensures perfect docking and rigorously constant tightening.

      Similarly, the setting principle frees up one hand of the user, and therefore guarantees that the rivets will not fall to the ground or into the application. This improves the quality and safety of the workstation.

      The Screwriv ® range has been designed to meet the needs of our customers as closely as possible.

      Screwriv ® rivets are manufactured from steel.

      In addition, Screwriv ® rivets are available in diameters of 3mm, 3.5mm and 4mm and rivet body lengths from 5.2mm to 14.1mm.

      Other sizes and flat-head Screwriv ® can be supplied on request.

      Appropriate packaging

      The rivets are supplied in paper strips. The needles used have a 6-sided deformation cone.
